Payment Options

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We don’t accept checks or money orders. We don’t accept electronic checks at this time.

We encrypt credit card information and some of the other information you submit to us. For other forms of payment, , please feel free to contact us at support@amapelo.com.

Sales Tax and Customs Information

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax on orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses. The customer is responsible for all taxes and assessments for orders shipping to any other state or locality. If you hold a valid sales tax exemption permit for Pennsylvania, please contact us at support@amapelo.com for assistance.

Customs and Import Duties
You understand and agree that  for physical products to be delivered outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes for any orders placed through this website. You are responsible for any additional customs clearance fees and taxes. Refusal to pay these fees will result in the carrier abandoning the package and you will be responsible for the cost of the merchandise. We will indicate the contents of the package as beauty supplies and will state the full cost of the invoice on the shipping documents. We have no control over these additional charges and cannot predict what they may be. You should contact your local customs office for additional information. The recipient’s name (the person you send the goods to, whether it is you or someone else) is indicated as the importer of record for any pertinent shipping documents. The importer of record is responsible for the shipment and must comply with all regulations and laws for the country in which you are receiving the goods. If your order is seized in customs due to violation of any laws we will not refund the cost of your order or any shipping or other charges.

Coupon Policy

There is a limit of one coupon per order per household. Unless otherwise stated in writing by us, all outstanding coupons, promotions, sales discounts and special offers cannot be combined and must be redeemed by the expiration date assigned to the code.

Shipping Information

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. We only offer weekday delivery.

Our preferred carrier for all shipments is the U.S. Postal Service. For expedited service, such as Next Day or Second Day service, we use FedEx. Unless indicated otherwise, a shipping and handling fee is applied to all orders. The shipping and handling cost is a non-negotiable flat rate fee that covers the cost of postage as well as handling and packaging costs. If a delivery is refused by the recipient, a fee for return shipment and/or a restocking fee may be applied to any subsequent request for a refund. Whenever possible, if you have opted to provide us with your e-mail address, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number, if available, once your order is mailed from our warehouse.

Availability

Orders usually ship the next business day
Your order will usually ship the next business day if it is placed by midnight Eastern Time.

Item is on order
When an item is “on order,” that means the product is not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations, but we have ordered the product from our supplier and expect to be able to ship your product soon. We will ship your item as soon as possible after we receive it, and update you on the status of your order via e-mail.

Item is on backorder
When an item is “on backorder,” that means the product is not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations. We have ordered the product from our supplier, but have not received a date yet as to when we will receive the product. We will update you on the status of your order via e-mail. You will not be billed until your order ships. Please note: If you wish to cancel a backordered item, you must cancel via e-mail.

Shipping Times

All delivery times are in addition to the availability of the order.

Standard Delivery – Up to 2 weeks.

Rush delivery – 5 to 7 business days.

FedEx 2-Day Air – 2 business days for delivery to a business; 3 business days for residential delivery. Alaska and Hawaii will take up to 3 business days. These delivery times are currently specified by FedEx, and may change without notice.

FedEx Next Day Air – Orders received by us by 3 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day will be delivered by the close of business on the next business day. In most cases, orders placed on Friday after 3 p.m. Eastern Time will be delivered the following Tuesday.

When will your order arrive?
To calculate when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select. Here’s the equation we use:

Item Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time

For example, if an item is available to ship on the next business day and the shipping time will be 5-7 business days, your total delivery time will be 1 business day (availability) + 5 to 7 business days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door in about 6 to 8 business days after you have placed your order.

Products with Different Availability in the Same Order
Orders are shipped together. When you order several items that have different availability or shipping times, you should use the longest availability time and the longest shipping time in calculating the arrival time of your order.

Money Back Guarantee Policy

If, after using the product pursuant to the instructions set forth in the written materials accompanying the product, you are not satisfied, you may return the product within Four (4) days of receipt of the product as further described in the Cancellation Policy.

It is important to note the following:

First, the product must not be damaged and be in good condition.

Second, you must attest to the fact that you have used the product, but you have not used all of the product. Third, this Money Back Guarantee covers the actual cost of the product, but not shipping costs. You are also responsible for the costs of return shipping.

Please note this Money Back Guarantee Policy is subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation & Return Policy

You may return a product within seven (7) days of receiving the product.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:

If you decide to cancel an order, you must follow the following steps in sequential order:

First, you must contact our customer care center to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (“RMA”) and arrange a return. Our customer care center can be contacted by email at support@amapelo.com

Second, you must clearly and legibly print the following shipping address on the outside of the shipping box containing the product you are returning:

Third, you must clearly and legibly print your RMA on the outside of the shipping box, below the address, as indicated above.

Fourth, you must ship the package within four (4) calendar days of receiving the RMA.

Timeliness and Shipping Method
Be sure to ship the package in a timely fashion. Your RMA will expire four (4) days after it is provided to you. After the four (4) day period, your package may be refused by our warehouse and we will not refund your money.

We suggest that you use a reputable shipper who can supply a tracking number. Otherwise, you may be liable for the entire cost of the of the product if it is lost in transit.

IMPORTANT NOTICE AS TO REFUNDS
Unless you specifically request otherwise, all refunds will be credited to the same credit card or bank card used to initially pay for the product. Please be aware that it may take up to thirty (30) days for a refund to post to your account.

Exchanges are Fair and Simple
If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange it within 10 days after shipment of your order. However, you will need to first obtain an RMA number by sending an email at support@amapelo.com. Your replacement will be shipped to you once you call us and obtain an RMA number. You will not have to wait until we receive your defective product. We reserve the right to bill you for the reshipment if your order is not received within 10 days of issuing an RMA number.

Restocking Fees
Per our cancellation and return policy, items returned without an RMA, or more than four (4) days after the RMA was issued, may be refused by our warehouse. Returns that are not in re-saleable condition will be refused.

Unless you choose to use our standard server checkout option, all of the information you enter to place an order will be stored using a secure server.

If we are unable to receive payment  for your order after you received shipment, and you do not contact us, your account may be sent to a collection agency. You are responsible for any and all collection fees associated with your account, in addition to accrued interest at the maximum allowable rate permitted by law. We are not responsible for any overdraft fees or other bank charges you may incur as a result of your purchase.
