Economy – $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping
Standard delivery applies to the 48 contiguous United States only, and usually arrives within approximately 5-7 business days from the shipped date; excluding holidays. Please allow 2-3 business days* handling time.
Orders placed via this method will be delivered by either USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS SurePost. *Due to high volume of orders, processing times may be extended.
UPS Ground Shipping
Standard Ground shipping, arrives within approximately 3-5 business days from the shipped date; excluding holidays. Please allow 2-3 days handling time.
UPS Second Day Shipping
Second Day delivery applies to the 48 contiguous United States only. Please allow 1 business day processing time, we cannot ship orders the same day that we receive them.
UPS Next Day Shipping
Next Day delivery applies to the 48 contiguous United States only. Please allow 1 business day processing time, we cannot ship orders the same day that we receive them.
Please also be aware that UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. For this reason, a Next Day Air package shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday. Please plan accordingly.
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO
Only standard delivery is available. Standard delivery usually arrives within 5-13 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. All packages are sent via UPS or USPS. Free or Flat Rate ground delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO however, all order over $50 ship at a $15 flat rate shipping. Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days from date of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.
Please be aware that we cannot ship orders the same day that we receive them, so plan accordingly. Please also be aware that UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. For this reason, a Next Day Air package shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday. Please plan accordingly.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship. We will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation via the email address provided at checkout.
If you have not received a verification email, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list.
We ship to all 50 states, however we do not offer shipping for US territories, international orders or shipments to international forwarders.
Rejected and undelivered packages are returned to amapelo.com. If you’d like us to resend your package, a new shipping fee will apply. If we don’t hear from you again, we treat the order as cancelled and refund the money minus the initial shipping cost.
Amapelo is not responsible for any delays caused by transit or adverse weather conditions beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery, or returned due to an “undeliverable address”. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
